Ultra finished her Canadian championship from the Junior puppy class, with Best of Breeds and Group placements. She finished her American Championship with Winners Bitch and Best of Winners at the AWC Western Specialty in 1989 under Mrs. Betty Stites. Ultra gave me a lot of fun and success in the show ring. She had incredible side gait, and show attitude, which she passed on to her children, and grand children. She was #2 Whippet in Canada in her puppy year. She won 5 Best Puppy In Shows in that year, along with several Group 1sts. She is a Multi-Best In Specialty Winner, with numerous other Specialty Breed wins at multi-breed Specialties, as well.

Unfortunately, Ultra was only bred once. However, from that litter, we are presently showing some very lovely grand children, and great grand children.

The "Phantom" Litter
For Ultra's one and only litter, she was bred to Ch. Icatcher An Artful Dodger, who is her nephew, sired by Can.Am.Ch. Nasusa Polo of Taymarc. This litter was double bred on Lexie and Jason. It produced some very curvy excellent moving dogs. We retained ownership in 2 of the puppies from this litter, and they are in pedigrees of our current dogs and those of our good friends, Darcy & Sarita Chapdelaine (Windchase Whippets).
